Each strand of tinsel is tied to a single strand of hair. We arrange the strands of tinsel based on your hair style and type.

Hair tinsel can last until the hair it's tied to sheds. For people with very fine hair, tinsel sometimes falls out after a couple of weeks. For others, it can last months or until they shed the hair.

Our hair tinsel is heat styling proof, so you can wash, dry, flat-iron, curl, or even dye/highlight your hair the way you usually do. 

Never! If wearing sparkles in your hair makes you happy, you should do it! We've attended tinsel parties with people of all ages, from little kids' birthday parties to groups of ladies who like to add rainbow tinsel to their silver hair.

Yes! We create different looks by tailoring the colors, placement, and quantity of hair tinsel to your needs. Hair tinsel is most visible when placed near where you part your hair, so some people choose to move their part slightly if they have a meeting or work function where they'd be more comfortable with less sparkle. We can also use strands that blend with your hair color or highlights.

Hair tinsel is one of the lowest risk style choices. If you decide you want less (or no) tinsel in your hair before it sheds naturally, you can simply cut the individual strand to remove it.
